Club Royal Oak will sell five (5) product types in the current 94 sites. The existing sites create distinct product types. They are River Front (36), Large Pull Through (16), Small Pull Through (8), Back-in (10) and the Activity Center (34). Each individual product type can then be purchased by an individual, a company or a Living Trust. Each owner member must own own up to an entire interest (20/20) in a product type. The owner member will not own a particular site but have the right to use the product type they have purchased during their stay. The percentage amount owned determines the price, the amount of use and the amount of the owner member’s property taxes and association fees. Read more... Site leases start at $400.00 per month and include an RV storage space. If you wish, Club Royal Oak Property Management can rent out your site for your benefit with some restrictions.
