Regulations

In order to insure everyone who visits Club Royal Oak has both a safe and fun stay, we ask all guests to observe the following regulations of the resort. Failure to do so will result in the guest being asked to leave and no refunds will be given.

We also know ones pet is as much a member of the family as anyone, but for the safety and enjoyment of all of our guests we ask everyone to observe the rules regarding pets.

Long-Term Leasing

Fractional Ownership is not a new concept, but a perfected concept.  It is not a timeshare or a condominium. It is an undivided interest and a method of real estate ownership perfect for Club Royal Oak.

Each “Owner Member” of Club Royal Oak will hold a grant deed and title insurance on their portion of the resort.  They will pay their own property taxes and association fees.  These amounts will vary based on the portion owned. The owner members will now have a “second home” at a very reasonable cost.

Research has shown that most second home owners sell their second home within three years of purchase. The three most stated reasons were lack of use, high costs to own, and maintenance costs.
