Regulations

In order to insure everyone who visits Club Royal Oak has both a safe and fun stay, we ask all guests to observe the following regulations of the resort. Failure to do so will result in the guest being asked to leave and no refunds will be given.

We also know ones pet is as much a member of the family as anyone, but for the safety and enjoyment of all of our guests we ask everyone to observe the rules regarding pets.

Long-Term Leasing

The Club Affiliate Program allows an affiliate to lease a site for a minimum of five years and provides all the benefits of a Club Owner! Site leases start at  $400.00 per month and include an RV storage space. If you wish, Club Royal Oak Property Management can rent out your site for your benefit with some restrictions.
