Regulations

In order to insure everyone who visits Club Royal Oak has both a safe and fun stay, we ask all guests to observe the following regulations of the resort. Failure to do so will result in the guest being asked to leave and no refunds will be given.

We also know ones pet is as much a member of the family as anyone, but for the safety and enjoyment of all of our guests we ask everyone to observe the rules regarding pets.

Please, keep these rules in mind when staying with us at Club Royal Oak:

  1. We invite you to have fun, but be respectful of your fellow guests of the Resort.

  2. Speed Limit in the resort is 5 MPH. (Strictly Enforced)

  3. All guests must observe Quiet Time hours:

  4. Weekdays from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.,

  5. Weekends from 11:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.

  6. Be respectful and follow camping etiquette, walk around others campsites, not through them.

  7. ATV's, dirt bikes and other types of powered scooters may not be ridden in the Resort.

 


  1. We do not allow fireworks or the discharging of weapons in the Resort.

  2. Dispose of ALL trash and diapers in trash bins located throughout the Resort.

  3. All vehicles shall be parked a minimum of 3 feet from the front site line.

  4. Possession or use of illegal substances in the Resort is not allowed.

  5. Leave the Resort in good or better condition then you found it. Littering and destruction of Resort property is not allowed.

Pets

  1. Limit of 2 pets per site.

  2. Due to insurance and safety purposes, we will NOT allow, nor admit dogs of the following breeds: Pit Bulls, Chows, Rottweilers and Dobermans, nor any mixture there of.

  3. All dogs MUST remain on a 6ft. or shorter leash and/or locked kennel at all times.

  4. Pets shall not be left alone or unattended in the Resort.

  5. No exotic animals or reptiles of any variety.

  6. All dogs must have current immunizations and proof must be provided.

Please be advised that when entering the Resort you will need to submit all current vehicle registration and insurance information for each vehicle that will be in your camp. Please know that you enter the Resort at your own risk. Club Royal Oak takes no responsibility for injury or loss, to either persons or property. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and any failure to observe the regulations of the Resort will result in removal from Club Royal Oak and no refund will be given.


So for the sake of everyone's fun and enjoyment we ask each guest to observe the above rules so we can all enjoy the wonder that is Club Royal Oak!
