Monthly rates start as low as $500 on long-term leases. All sites are Full Hookup.

A major Credit Card will be required to be presented upon arrival so that a prior authorization of a $300.00 hold will be placed for incidentals, site damages, violations of speed and leash policies, and electricity unit charges. If all charges are paid, the hold will be released within 24 hours of your departure. Guests are additionally charged for their own site’s metered electricity usage.

Check-in is available daily from 3:00-5:30pm.

Check-out is at 11:00am
Late Check-in
We understand that some guests may need to check-in after normal business hours. Late check-in is available for an additional fee to cover additional after-hours staffing. However, to respect all guests, check-ins are only available until 9pm during the summer months and 7pm during the fall & winter months.
Pets
Dogs must be kept on a 6 feet or smaller leash AT ALL TIMES. All guests must bring proof of pet’s vaccination.
Pit Bulls, Dobermans, Rottweilers and Chows are not permitted in the resort.
Vehicles
Guests must provide Proof of Insurance and Current Registration for ALL Vehicles and Vessels.
